IXK: Sure. And so I would make a few suggestions. One, for several decades now, every workplace has publicly pledged a ctnmoimemt to disrviety. Typically, they have diversity statements. I would basically rip up those diversity statements and write a new statement, and that's a statement committed to anti-racism. And in that statement you would clearly define what a racist idea is, what an anti-racist idea is, what a racist policy is and what an anti-racist policy is. And you would state as a workplace that you're committed to having a culture of anti-racist ideas and having an institution made up of anti-racist pceliios. And so then everybody can measure everyone's iaeds and the policies of that workplace based on that document. And I think that that could begin the process of transformation.
